How to recreate the effect when I put on eyeliner and then wash most of it off?
I know this sounds a little stupid, but when I wash off eyeliner it looks better than when I actually have it on (there’s a residue that rims my eyes softly). How do I recreate this look without actually going through the process of putting on eyeliner and washing it off?
